Flo is a well-seasoned evaluator with over 15 years experience in evaluation across consulting and government in Europe and Australia. He is currently an independent evaluator and chairs the New South Wales committee of the Australian Evaluation Society.
Flo is passionate about bringing evidence to support impactful decision-making and building the evaluation capacity and culture in public organisations. He launched and led an evaluation community of practice in a government department for 4 years, which has been recognised as an exemplar model and about which he is writing an article for publication in a public administration journal. Flo also developed and published a peer-reviewed article about a three-method approach to evaluate partnerships.
