I began in consultancy, and made the move to the public sector in 2012. I am now Director of Evaluation at the Centre for Education Statistics and Evaluation in the NSW Department of Education. We have a team of over 30 internal evaluators, data analysts and evaluation capacity builders. I am on the NSW AES Committee and am co-convenor for the 2019 AES conference in Sydney.
