BA Hons, MAPS (Member Australian Psychological Society) CAHRI (Certified Professional Australian Human Resources Institute) and an AES member since 1990. During a career spanning 25 years Eve has developed the knowledge and experience necessary to work as an evaluator, researcher, adult educator, organisational consultant, career coach and management facilitator. She has expertise in the areas of strategic planning, performance management, customer and staff satisfaction and change management. For ten years Eve worked within a large public sector organisation reporting on the performance of products, services, people and programs. Eve has designed and delivered training and coaching in evaluation design, performance measurement and benchmarking; commissioned program evaluations, managed evaluation projects and performance audits; and authored and edited research and evaluation reports. Eve is a director of Wholistic Learning and, an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner
