Katherine Barnes is the manager of the Evaluation Unit in the Office of the Chief Economist, Department of Industry, Innovation and Science. She has a strong background in policy including five years with the former Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency. Katherine is also an honorary lecturer at the Australian National University and an author, most recently of a war story set in World War II Greece.
