I'm interested in decolonising evaluation in Australia. That's part of my role at the Atlantic Fellows for Social Equity (AFSE).

AFSE is an Indigenous-led lifelong collaborative changemaking program and platform for systemic change. It harnesses timeless Indigenous knowledge, ingenuity, and creativity to bring a unique approach to transformative change.

For the past two years, I have worked with the team, fellows, and collaborators to understand, articulate, and amplify our impact.

We are currently reviewing our strategy and our team and we are now hiring an Indigenous Impact Lead to drive our impact evaluation going forward. If you are interested in this role or you know an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person who might be, please get in touch.
