I am an evaluation consultant with more than 15 years of experience working for clients predominantly in the arts and cultural sectors but also in environmental sustainability and human services. In 2017 I graduated with a Master of Evaluation from the University of Melbourne (First Class Hons). I'm particularly interested in integrating program theory and program logic models into the evaluation process, as well as working with clients to develop strong criteria of merit and articulating what they define as success. I am keen to help clients move from accepting reports that are simply about reporting on outcomes to being truly evaluative. I am based in Sydney but work extensively throughout metropolitan and regional Australia. I have spent a good part of the last six years in regional Victoria evaluating the Small Town Transformations initiative for Regional Arts Victoria.
