Bronwyn is passionate about supporting the vision of Aboriginal communities and organisations. She has worked extensively in remote Aboriginal Communities in the NT and WA in the areas of financial management, governance, community engagement, enterprise development, financial capability and well being, education and pathway development. Bronwyn has combined her practical, academic, business and governance experience with her evaluative practices to embed evaluation into community based programs. To ensure that the Tiwi Islands Training and Employment Board community-based programs continue to achieve sustainable program outcomes, Bronwyn guides and supports the management of programs by evidencing the great outcomes already being achieved.
