Caroline is a Research and Evaluation specialist with expertise evaluations of system-level reform, as well as program and project level evaluations. For the past fifteen years, Caroline has worked across State Government, not for profit organisations and academia. Caroline has a particular interest in applying evaluation science with a real world approach to ensure highest level of rigour under the circumstance presented.
