Jen is one of the leading digital disrupters in the evaluation space, having developed and commercialised a digital data collection, storage and reporting tool Track2Change and most recently has developed and launched Clear Horizon's Learning Academy www.clearhorizonacademy.com - a global online learning offer delivered by evaluation experts. Jen has over 20 years experience in the social sector and has experience in working in collective impact, collaborations, health, domestic violence, international aid, mental health and the early years. Jen is a sought after facilitator, trainer and has led a number of large scale projects and evaluations over the years for a range of government and non-governmental clients. Her work experience includes Oxfam, Plan International, Murdoch Childrens Research Institute, United Way and prior to joining Clear Horizon she ran her own digital start up Navigating Outcomes that was acquired by Clear Horizon along with Track2Change in late 2018.
Jen is currently a proud Board Director of Eating Disorders Victoria.

Jen holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Geography) and lots of online courses in geeky tech things. Jen is also a mum to two beautiful children.
