I have an academic background in psychology and public health, with over 30 years of practical experience in evaluation in sectors spanning health, education/training and business. At GP Synergy, I take primary responsibility for the evaluation of educational activities for trainee general practitioners and oversee the conduct of several educational research projects. I also manage a small private practice in evaluation and research. For evaluation, my focus is on participatory processes and the formation of collaborative relationships to ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are met. My purpose is to make evaluation practical and sustainable, to ensure that findings inform program/policy development and outcomes translate into practice.
