Stephanie Moorhouse

Department of Education and Training (Vic)
Senior Project Officer
Melbourne
Stephanie Moorhouse is a Senior Project Officer at the Victorian Department of Education and Training. Since 2017, she has worked on the implementation of Differentiated support for school improvement (DSSI); a four-year project that takes a partnering approach to strengthen teaching and leadership capability in some of Victoria’s lowest performing schools. Adaptive implementation, evidence-informed practice and evaluative thinking at all levels are at the heart of DSSI.
Stephanie works closely with the Centre for Program Evaluation at the University of Melbourne to deliver an evaluation of DSSI that meets the needs of both school-level practitioners and senior Department decision-makers. She has supported program areas across Departments prepare for and commission fit-for-purpose evaluations.
Driven by curiosity and a love of learning, Stephanie is passionate about exploring and conveying ideas in creative and engaging ways. She is currently undertaking her Masters of Public Policy and Management.
