Sue is an accomplished evaluator, policy analyst and facilitator and managing Principal at ARTD, a leading evaluation and public policy company based in NSW. She joined ARTD in 2009 from the NSW Department of Family and Community Services, where she managed a wide-ranging program of evaluations, including large-scale multi-year projects.

She has specialist expertise in human services, with significant experience in child protection, Aboriginal services, social housing, disability and youth engagement. She has contributed to the development of evaluation guidelines for NSW public sector and is a member of the NSW AES organising committee.

She began working in evaluation following over 10 years experience in developmental review, quality assurance and strategic planning in higher education and central government contexts.
